JMHO, but this is not the kind of stock that should be used for covered calls

covered calls are for sound businesses/stocks that can be expected to trade fairly flat

RDN is basically an all or nothing bet that will need months or years to play out...it's either going much lower, perhaps to zero, if their projections are flawed, or it's going much higher over time if mr. whitman and the company are correct about its prospects

heck, it may go down sharply and then up sharply, or any combination of several moves in each direction, but one thing is for sure: it won't be trading fairly flat for very long <g>

RDN is a lottery ticket...if you are going to pay to play the game, at least don't cap your upside so that if you are right, you get paid handsomely for being so
