Well the jump in G & A was not alarming to me as long as the overall asset level increased. Who knows, maybe they bought new computers. Maybe they have some dynamite administrative assistants. As far as the stockholders equity increasing. The current assets jumped. Terrific. It is about time that our piece of the pie jumped. That will inturn affect sale price.

As far as the stock based compensation. They know what is going on and they are trying to get as big a piece of the pie as they can.

Now, one has to wonder why the management team is acquiring so much of the stock in a short period of time. Cuz they know a deal is coming down and they are in a time crunch.

Like I have said many times before, "there is a for sale sign in the window". Why else would they be doing something that they know will piss off the shareholders. They also hope the sale price will give the shareholders the warm and fuzzies
and all will be forgiven when everyone is fat, dumb and rich.

All of this is my own humble opinion. Even though I am one shrewd dude.
