I'd say one's experiences with the system and quality of coverage 'might' just have a bit of impact on one's view of the issue.... Sure, but that doesn't make them relevant to the issue. The issue isn't the reasons why you or I have a particular viewpoint on the issue. Would you care to comment how you see that affecting the cherry picking of applicants? Would you care to elaborate on what you see as the issue, I'll likely respond then.
