briefing.com lists short interest at 21 million shares, doubling from 10 million in the previous month. There are 239 million shares outstanding, but only a float of 91 million. Does this really mean that almost one-quarter of the shares trading out there are sold short? If so, we should see the short sellers beginning to panic right about now, especially after the recent news and upgrades.
