ok. It is more of a question if Jerry will be able to build a lot of k6s in 98.
Just to see what actual effect this particular deal might have on cash position of the company. For each $1/chip uncollected revenue they will loose $250K in actual revenue or approximatly $250K*.7=$175K after adjusting for taxes. Now we should discount it by probably more than 5% but I will use 5% for that period => $175/1.05~$167K.
That would be around $.001/share. Now assume that it would be $50 below asp (more likely it would be $20). That would add up to $.05/share over the period of 2 quarters or $.025/share per quarter.
I would assume that thet deal would generate more than 2 cents worth of publicity.
And of course the actual number would be far less than $.05 becuase of my conservative assumptions on discount rate and difference in asp.
I would not make any comments on yields because it is obvious that right now amd got a problem there.
