Oil and Gas exploration sector looks ripe for a breakout as do Alt-energy stocks, particularly solar. Who said all financials are falling, BRIC banks are breaking out, having been unfairly hit with US subprime woes. Outside of financials - which are oversold - Cable and Media is weak as is apparel/retail (of course).
