Just for you zincman! <G> New World arranges $1-million private placement 2007-10-26 13:18 ET - News Release Mr. John Lando reports NEW WORLD ANNOUNCES $1 MILLION PRIVATE PLACEMENT New World Resource Corp. intends to undertake, subject to regulatory approval, a non-brokered private placement of up to two million units at a price of 50 cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $1-million. Each unit will comprise one common share and one warrant to purchase an additional common share at a price of 70 cents for a period of one year. A finder's fee payable in cash or securities will be paid on portions of this financing. The proceeds of this financing will be used for further exploration of the company's La Negra lead-zinc-silver project in central Chile and Long Valley gold project in Nevada, and to commission an independent resource estimate on the Lipena gold-copper project in Bolivia.
