way off.....firstly your assuming that pe has nothing to do with growth....secondly, I said average pe.....tellabs is at 45x...qualcomm is at 66x...PAIR at 48x....I said average is 32x....I said the company has better then average growth and deserves a better then average pe.....also why do you think the street is going to do its earnings evaluation and pricing based on fully diluted shares? Obviously, there can be two ways to evaluate this company......with fear looking backwards or with faith looking forward.....I choose faith....but this is an argument that I cannot win with you because you have made up your mind to disagree and take a negative stance...your opinion is your own.....I wish you good luck with it...whatever you decide to do
