GULF PRODUCTION MONITOR: October 26, 2007
Independence Hub production has moved up to a new high of 685,000 Dth/d, offsetting minor declines on Tetco, Stingray, Nautilus and others and pushing Louisiana production up about 1%. Total offshore production is up 1% today and is up 4% month-to-date compared to October 2006 levels. Total Gulf production is flat today at 11.5 Bcfd. Texas volumes are down about 3%. Stingray has been running a series of pigs on the 36-inch diameter mainline from West Cameron 148 to Stingray's onshore facilities at Holly Beach, but so far there have been no major supply interruptons.

TEXAS ENERGY BULLETIN: October 26, 2007
Waha increased by 30 cnts to $6.24 while Socal moved up only 6 cnts, bringing the differential down to 33 cnts favoring Socal. Flows moving west from El Paso to California dropped by 454,000 MMbtu. Ship Channel was up 43 cnts., bringing the Ship to Waha differential up to 22 cnts. Flows moving east flipped back to positive territory, up a net of 224,000 MMbtu. Panhandle moved up 44 cnts to $6.12. Permian to Waha also flipped back to a positive number. Henry was up 37 cnts to $6.49, resulting in a differential over Ship of 3 cnts. Implied heat rates continue to drop, now in the low 7s.
