This statement is very intrigueing and definitely requires more
INVESTIGATION.The usual scenario for SEC intestigations is a poster
hypes the stock, the stock goes up, the poster or the firm the poster
works for benfits by selling into the rally. In those cases the SEC
is interested in whether the hypeing caused unwary investors to buy
stock at highly inflated prices. I don't remember reading of any cases
involving a stock-trasher-for-hire. If such a poster didn't own any stock
in the company being trashed, I doubt the SEC would be very interested.
