Confused - Confused - Confused

OK - I admit it.
This wasn't in my econ 101 book way back when:

(a) DOW runs higher or pick your own SECTOR.
(b) GOLD runs higher.
(c) Houses run potentially somewhere between 15% to
40% lower.
(d) Dollar setting new lows almost like a Swiss
time-piece.

(e) All at the SAME TIME.

I've got a headache.

Am I the only lost soul?
