What % of those people get their health insurance as a "free" perk of their job? My WAG, 80% to 90%. Considering that ~25% of people are uninsured, where does that leave the individual, free market decision percentage?

Again my guess is that less than 10% of all health insurance is actually bought by individuals making price/benefit decisions. This is anything but a free market. It's a convoluted mess with 50 state regulators and one federal regulator and is essentially an entitlement for those who are fortunate enough to get a decent job.

To the "libertarians" on this thread, your love of this system is ludicrous. It's everything you hate.
