Back to the issues:
1> The regular icons stay put. The hard drive icons (volume icons?) always want to line up according to some mounting scheme. Since I have 4 volumes and 4 backup volumes, I try to arrange then in some sort of easily identifiable pattern. Every time I reboot, I have to rearrange all of them.
2> Check and uncheck screen savers for use by the 'random' function. This has bugged me for a long time. If they put a random checkbox, then they should give us some control over the field of randomness, eigh?
3> Window toggle to full screen. Yeah, I knew about the + button. Trouble is, it only works that way in some applications. Mail? Yes. ... Safari? No. ... Other applications are unpredictable until you try it because ... taa daa! ... It isn't a universal full screen toggle.
I'm disappointed, but on the other hand, since this is all I could come up with to grouse about it's not so bad.
Congratulations on being a very successful early adopter! I'm still learning new stuff in 10.4 every now and then, but I envy both your success and your pioneer spirit. Keep us informed of details as they manifest themselves.
