The thing that really gets me about this education is that little Imran does not speak Arabic and the madrassa does not teach Arabic. He is reciting in a language he does not know. Now maybe the students can figure it out as they go along, but I have seen no evidence that the madrassas even teach any kind of textual commentary or exegesis, just rote memorization.
