Why not suggest that all the Jews in Israel move to the US immediately? It would be the same result, with much less mess. Can you imagine the Arab joy? They kept the refugees in squalor for 60 years, and their patience has paid off, the Jews were stupid enough to be goaded into committing suicide voluntarily.
