Dear Mr. Zhang,

We do not charge for wires in or out. You may request funds against your available cash balance. Any positive balance that is available may be withdrawn (unless it is based on a recent deposit of a check or wire - then it takes ten business days to clear). In a margin account, your available cash is calculated using the following formula:

Real cash + 50% Long stock value - 150% Short stock value

Please be aware that only marginable stocks may be calculated into this formula. Non-marginable stocks will not have an effect on your available cash.

In order for us to process your wire, we must receive a faxed or mailed copy of your designated wire instructions with a signature. We will then verify your signature, and your wire information will be entered into the Wires Database for all future wire requests.
