Threw together a sardine dip yesterday that I enjoyed with wine and football. Of course one needs to like sardines to begin with. 4oz can of sardines in oil with the oil drained off 1/4 cup mayo about 2t of garlic powder about 2t of minced onion maybe a 1/4t salt pretty good multiple shake of hot sauce. Try and make it a day ahead so the flavors meld a bit more. The remainder today was better then yesterdays though I still enjoyed yesterday. Ate them on the roasted garlic Triscuits. The new flavored Triscuits are quite nice for snacks if you all haven't tried them.
