BORIS SHERMAN & ALL,

CPQ has been stuck at arround 75 to 76 dollars for the past few weeks.

In few days the company is coming out with earnings of the 3rd quarter (which we all hope will be very good!). I would have thought that
with expectation of such great performance the stock would have shot up to 78 to 80 prior to CPQ coming out with the earnings!

Is there any bad news or rumers? What is holding the stock back?
