I'm sorry, but to me not insuring a dying person because of 'financial considerations' is just NOT my cup of tea no matter how vehemently you guys argue about it. Fire insurance, auto insurance, etc is one thing, your life is on a whole different plane. Look, I'm into capitalism, I push shares around for a living every day, but it's pretty obvious to me that that health insurance as it stands today in the US needs an overhaul. I'd be willing to pay higher taxes if that is what it took just for peace of mind....
