However, offshore and total Louisiana production levels are basically flat compared to levels on Friday. Total Gulf production is up slightly to 11.6 Bcf/d compared to 11.5 Bcf/d on Friday and for the month of October to date. Another 700 MMcf/d of production is expected from Independence, Atlantis and Neptune over the next few months. TEXAS ENERGY BULLETIN: October 29, 2007 The Socal price fell hard on Friday as cooler weather in the west prevailed. Socal was down 51 cnts to $6.06, only 9 cnts above Waha, which was off 27 cnts to $5.97. Flows moving west from El Paso to Socal are down to 1.2 Bcf. Ship Channel was off 11 cnts to $6.34, bringing the Ship to Waha differential up to 37 cnts. Flows moving east from Waha moved up more than 200,000 MMbtu since Friday.Henry came in at 10 cnts over Ship Channel, down only a nickle to $6.44.Panhandle was off 20 cnts at $5.92. Permian to Waha flows increased to approximately 150,000 MMbtu from near zero on Friday.Implied heat rates are in the 8 range.
