Problems Delayed Are Not Problems Solved globaleconomicanalysis.blogspot.com People are delaying the inevitable by maxing out credit cards to make their mortgage payment. Rising credit card delinquency rates is the "next skeleton in the closet." Credit counselors have a main concern to keep people in their houses.
