Final resolution for Mpeg2 conversion to Mpeg4/h.264.

The networks NBC and Fox are now using even lighted(gray pixels change to white pixels) pictures on Mpeg2 cameras. Dark Hollywood digital movies can be filtered into bright pictures.

We need to use a video server to convert the Mpeg2 codecs to motion jpeg and reduce to thumbnail picture size to be encoded to Mpeg4/h.264 codec.

All digital TV will then be Mpeg4/h.264 but thumbnail size for transmission.

The set-top box receiving Mpeg4/h.264 codecs will decode into thumbnail jpeg pixels, use jpeg codec to zoom to proper LCD size pictures for viewing. 3 successive 10x zoom to achieve 1000x and beyond. Each 10x zoom has correction of adjacent pixels for proper shapes.
