Apparently Wellington (formerly Acqua Wellington) likes the energy infrastructure/services niche because they have already taken a position in ESA. secinfo.com I believe they have added steadily to their position-If not there has been at least one deep pocketed entity which has supported the price of ESA common with hefty bids as we await the unveiling of Marshall Reynold's master plan (ie the paint is slowly drying). I am unfamiliar with EII but it may also be interesting.
