any solution has little to do with returning refugees. No one takes that seriously over there. Sticking points are equal land as in pre-67 and EJ has dual capital. Refugees on either side arent going across the borders. Why do you focus on exactly the point which both sides want to ignore. You think abbas cares about arabs on the west bank, gaza or lebanon returning to Haifa? Jerusalem is the real issue and land division per 67.
