I won this week, 94-62...tied for second again. I am thankful that Peterson and Tomlinson didn't go off.

Big Ben had a good game, he's been solid all season, I'm glad that I didn't trade for a QB. He's a solid start for the rest of the season. If anything I'll trade for Santonio Holmes or Hines Ward to get double points.

Frank Gore...I don't know what to say here...He might start riding the pine, until they get their act together.

Laurence Maroney...He looked good. Even thought LenDale is coming into his own, I'm glad I made the trade. He had quickness through the line, and looked like he could break a big one. Teams won't dare stack the line against NE, as NE will eat them up. I'm starting him as much as possible.

Ronald Curry...Another not so great week for him. I need a WR that is more consistent. I'm glad Branch is coming back.

Randy Moss...Held to a 47 yards...good thing he got a score this week. That play seemed like it was designed for him in the red zone...I like it.

Kevin Walter...He had another solid week 7 receptions on 14 targets. He is the go to guy for Hou while Johnson is out. I think when Johnson comes back his life will get easier, and will become more productive...believe it or not.

Dallas Clark...Was kept in check against...but he's still a must start for me. I think he might have another poor game against NE but I'm still starting him.

Rob Bironas...He had a decent bye week fill for me. I put in a waiver to pick up Matt Stover and drop Bironas...as Stover has been more consistent this year. The previous owner of Stover dropped him due to the bye week. We shall see if I get him.

Patriots DST...They had a great game. I was hoping WAS offense would sputter. Next week will be a challege, but Seymour is back. I'm not expecting a big game against Indy, but I'll probably start them anyways.

Selvin Young...He looked great. He should fill in for Henry no problem...it is the system.

Brandon Marshall looked good. He was able to break some tackles after the catch. I'm not sure why they didn't throw more to him earlier.

Morency...He was a bust. I put in an add/drop for Ryan Grant. Grant ran well and is already the starter for week 9, but it was against Den...gulp. I'm not sure he'll be able to do this every week.

Ward...Rode the pine due to injury. I put in an add/drop for Justin Fargus. Fargus looked great considering he was running against TEN. They planned on giving him equal carries with Jordan. He straight up out ran Jordan by a lot. I'm guessing that he'll get 20 next week and Jordan will get 10. Oak has a good playoff schedule for me, so he was my 1st priority. Oak likes to run the ball, so if he does get the majority of the carries, he can put up some big numbers...not to mention Fargus is a USC guy...Just like Kiffin...Just like M. Williams. I'm thinking Kiffin liked him in college, he did decent in Mia, decent against Ten...he's got a good shot at taking the starting role considering Jordan is sputtering. Look at Mike Williams...he has a second life in Oak thanks for Kiffin.

If for some reason I can't get Grant or Fargus, I put in a request to pick up Adimohinobe Echemandu, the RB for Hou. He ran really well against SD. If he didn't have the pulled hamstring to worry about and wasn't 3rd in line behind Dayne, I would of went after him before Grant. I think he'll leap frog Dayne in the depth chart. Green has a nagging injury...that means last minute lineup decisions...yuck.

That is all for now...

Best of Luck,

SS
