DENVER, CO., Sept. 2 /CNW/ - ADVANCED GAMING
TECHNOLOGY, INC. (NASDAQ BB: ''AGTI''). Pursuant to
the Company's news release of August 29, 1997, and the mail-out
of the proxy statement for the stockholders's meeting to be held on
September 17, 1997. The company announces that, pending the
completion of binding agreement of the proposed acquisition by
AGT, the management will NOT be implementing a reverse split
stock as set forth in the proxy statement.
