Scrapps, no significance except we have been told that 3COM rules are that transactions must be made at the end of the quarter. Since there was no date, we don't know what to think. If this is all the selling at the end of this recent quarter, this would prove that the previous massive selling by the insiders (2-3 million shares added to the float) was indeed just a one-time windfall due to the COMS/USRX merger. If, in fact, we see massive selling during the current quarter by the insiders, I will start to worry. o~~~ O
