Neo, I too was thinking of that after I posted (share price @ offer). Some forces from both side will be at work to get the best price.

I think that all has to be priced in as events unfold. Like the way short interest, after ATI purchase went up.

Will Hector attempt to ramp SP? All signs point to yes. Maybe desktop Barcelona, forgot name, will inspire. All speculation, I don't have a time frame either, maybe sooner than expected.
