Will that continue to be local? Greenspam mantra: Housing bubbles happen at regional level, never at national level. But the bursting (already in progress) of housing bubble will be felt nationwide. You can mark this post and return to it in late or mid 2008. A well known and sought after nationwide home builder willing to sell a home in an upscale neighboorhood in Texas $ 30 grand (yes, $ 30,000) below the listing price with all the upgrades thrown in for free including granite kitchen tops. - A fact as of last weekend and people say that they ain't no housing bubble at least in US second largest state, Texas. Plenty of land to build. Oh Yeah !
