This is more than likely the reason for Dell braking 30 today: Dell (NASDAQ:DELL) today filed its past due periodic reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Those reports contain restated financial information for Fiscal 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 (including the interim periods within those years), and the first quarter of Fiscal 2007. The company had previously announced on Aug. 16 that it was restating its financial statements for those periods because of certain accounting errors and irregularities in the previously issued financial statements. ... Let's hope the Michael Dell can turn this company around. IMO, the top priority is getting excellence back into the customer service organization. Stock Bull
