We can see ourselves going from mts to ocean back and forth several times a yr. The island place is miles away from civilization and requires that we drive a long way even to get groceries. There is a whole community there though, and I have a feeling they coordinate with neighbors about getting supplies.

I sure wouldn't mind trying, but I'd have to go to the mountains once in awhile to get away.

If we stayed here, we'd get rid of everything else imo.
