I have accumulated a good position in DNX, The company has a long history ~50 years, so far, management has returned the company to be profitability and expect continued growth. They are currently working on some sort of financing to upgrade production equipment and increase capacity, but we do not know if this will involve an equity stake by another company or what it will be. The current share price (0.17) reflects the fact that one possible deal to finance through an equity stake with another company did not work out. Fundamentals remain strong and continual improvement to year end is expected, so I think we can expect to hear something before too long. ~~Dick
