it would be all too easy to move the last 10% to Gaza and unilaterally declare Gaza a Palestinian state. In reality, no viable Palestinian state and,

What about Gaza makes it unviable as a Palestinian state? Its contiguous, it's on the water, it borders Egypt (could be friendly) and Israel (good luck), it's probably got great weather.

What's unviable about it? It's not like we're talking Darfur. Have you seen pictures of that hell hole? If millions are currently living in Darfur despite it being a miserable land locked desert with villages getting strafed by warplanes followed by Janjaweed showing up a looting and raping, and THAT somehow is "viable", what in the world is unviable about Gazastan?

Gaza seems like it should be pretty nice based on location and climate.

They could even name it Gazolfistan to attract the tourists!
