It should be obvious that extremism will not work.

I agree in principle but in reality, I would say no. Peter is correct - you start by getting foot in door and then slowly expand it. BUT this applies to both Dems and Repubs, and they all seem to love big government and extremism. I cannot believe where this administration has gone or where Clinton and Pelosi want to take us. Having lived in Arkansas, I believe Hilary is a reincarnation of Lenin in many ways.
