"And Gaza has got about 1.4 million residents, not 3 million."
What will you do with the 2.5 million Palestinians that live in the West Bank?

Palestinian population, West Bank and Gaza= 4.0 million.
With an area of 360 square km that puts the potential population density at 11,000 per square km.

Singapore has 683 square km. for 4.6 million people or 6,783 per square km. or about 60% more land per person.

These facts plus the destruction of a large amount of the infrastructure in Gaza makes Gaza an open and overcrowded prison today. Add 2.5 million from the West Bank and I doubt that anyone not named Nadine will agree that a Palestinian state based on the Gaza strip is not viable.

Of course by following strategy 4 Israel eliminates the argument that a coming Palestinian state based on the Gaza strip is not balkanized.
