Well backing up has you going the wrong way on a one way so I guess that is where he is coming from. We only get 12 points so 4 and the fine seem a bit stiff though.

As for not stopping because there is someone behind you? Bullshit. His job was to stop and avoid the accident and the guy behind hims job was to not be tailgating and to also stop. Lame excuse from him IMO.
