Dear Sarmad: More unsupported FUD. the 45nm process had presentations at IEDM 2006: sst.pennnet.com So you are wrong about there not being a AMD 45nm process. More details: linuxelectrons.com Notice that 45nm silicon was made at both IBM's East Fishkill Fab and Fab 30/38 in Dresden. So your non existent fab statement is also wrong. And of course there is the AMD Q3 CC where AMD states that they are making 45nm CPUs as they speak. Three of your statements, three errors. Three strikes and you are out! Pete
