Thanks for debate about assaying vs recovery and about financing. I found it all quite informative and it has helped me understand a little more about the mining industry.

It seems that homogeneity is the key. If IPM, BD, & Bateman can somehow prove to the bankers homogeneity across the entire first grid then the financing community may be satisfied with Rock Doc's plan. If homogenity cannot be proven, I think CC's & Thall's plan is more likely to occur.

BRX does seem to be a normal gold strike, because of the expected homogeneity of the PGM's placement. It will be interesting to see how the mining financing community views the property, and what proof they require to value the property.
