New K-fuel reduces sulfur 38%, read the report!

Read the report you posted, Kabob!

"Median sulfur removal was calculated at 18.5 percent."

I would say that's pretty good. Evergreen customers are paying good money to reduce the SO2 producing sulfur in their coal.

Here is a much more recent report about K-fuel with sulfur/SO2 details:

kfuel.com

"K-Fuel produced at the KFx plant had a sulfur content of 0.64 lbs SO2/MBtu. This represents a 38% reduction in sulfur content from the baseline coal."

Also keep in mind that the report you linked to is from a study done five years ago, and used K-fuel from the old plant using the old series "C" process. The BHP report I linked to above used K-fuel from the CURRENT Ft. Union plant.

The next time you try to scare people away from this company, don't post links to reports that directly contradict your statements.
