They did when it reached 80 back in the Summer of 2006. They
just hope it's "unsustainable". Low LT rates are the key
IMHO, and until the falling dollar affects these rates
(i.e., we get some kind of meltdown in $500 Trillion carry
trade machine, which should be signaled by rapidly rising
Yen), Ben-induced stock bubble could get many lives.
