Blog continued. 'Twas the end of the month so I settled up my margin account as anticipated in the last posting. It was obviously worthwhile. Using TD platform, I simply transferred from my US account sufficient C$ to clear the debit balance there. Then I sold sufficient SPYder to clear the resulting dr in the US account.... One trade, one commission, excellent liquidity in SPYders. In addition to using margin for all system stock purchases, I shall use it for whatever other liquidity I need,(e.g. tax) settling once a month as I do my Visa lol.
