was your post before or after you knew about the lawsuit? does it worry you - other than more frustration and potential margin calls (yes I have - I can stand it, but won't like it if margin man calls).

no one I know ever heard of a class action lawsuit. i still think someone with $7M potential profits from short selling can get two names together to file a suit and make it look like masses of nfli dist & stkh are upset and sueing the company.

no one who is a dist could possibly have a reason to sue nfli. if they thought they were misled or just changed their minds or got up on the wrong side of the bed, all they have to do is write nfli and get their money back. i don't know what a stkh's rights are, but the 10k i have a copy of was dated way back before anyone lost any money because of the wsj masterpiece of investigative reporting in jan. anyone who invests a lot of money in a stock and doesn't even read the companies own filings doesn't look too smart to me. they may not even qualify to be called investors.
