Ellen, the old TA said that they no longer have any records so no infor and I just got off the phone again with the new TA and was told by the new TA that ( a guy named Auther in shareholder svc's ) they won't have the account set up info on RMIL for at least a week. By the way, I have raised hell for the second time with my brokers manager, and will be moving my account and filing SEC complaint once all this is sorted out. To bad cause the guy (my broker) used to be a friend and I may have cost him his job. So much for doing business with friends Enough is enough!!! I'm afraid moving my account now will slow things down even more....Will see what happens. Garry
