The declaration might give them legal rights, but the rights and declaration are in fact separate things that can logically be considered separately

Is the declaration itself the problem, or is the "WHOLE LIBRARY full of very specific 'legal rights'" the problem?

Either way how and why?

If its the declaration, then its just a matter of declaring the opposite, and we don't have to worry about the negative effects of changeing the current legal regime in this area.

If its the legal rights (and I'm guessing its the rights), then there are specific legal rules that create specific problems - Well you've already named two, and I've shown how their probably bad examples. Perhaps I'm wrong about those two but you've never provided an argument to support the belief that I was wrong.

Other people argue that limited liability is the problem. I'd strongly disagree. Do you?

If its not limited liability, and if habeas-corpus doesn't really apply, and if protection from search and seizure is reasonable, than what's the problem with the rights?

(Of course you can dispute the assertion that habeas corpus isn't relevant, or that protecting corporate property for search and seizure without a warrant or "exigent circumstance and probable cause" isn't reasonable, but you have yet to make the case for either idea.)

Which, like I said, I'd be more then willing to 'trade away' in exchange for lowering their taxes to ZERO. :-)

What is the beneficial item that you hope to get in this trade?

Please be specific.

This is like trying to nail jello to the wall.
