'Most serious'? Out of the entire library of new rights?

While that would be a question I'd like answered, it wasn't the one I asked.

Which is most serious out of the two potential problems mentioned in my post, the legal person declaration or the rights and privileges which companies have?

The reason why I ask is to focus the discussion. If you say that the problem certain rights and privileges and then I argue against them but you turn around and say "its wrong, companies aren't legal persons", and then when I respond to the legal person point, you go back to the specific rights, we won't be getting anywhere.
