'Most serious'? Out of the entire library of new rights?

Hard to say... possibly the extension of the right against self-incrimination in criminal legal proceedings

OK, put IBM, GE, Intel, or Enron on the stand and have them testify...

People get put on the stand, people have a right not to incriminate themselves.

Whether or not its a good idea what would a corporate right not to incriminate itself even mean?

Can you think of an actual legal case where the application of such a right was definitive?
