Whatever the legal system say, there will in fact be a person on the stand being questioned.

Any activity that person was involved in, would be something they could refuse to talk about, that includes corporate conspiracies to commit illegal actions. And it still would include this, if the legal person doctrine and everything evolved from it was completely eliminated for our legal system.
