GULF PRODUCTION MONITOR: November 1, 2007
There are some significant changes in the flow data this morning probably because of first-of-the month adjustments that will be ironed out in the I2 cycle. However, Independence Hub is up nearly 40,000 Dth/d to more than 700,000 Dth/d for the first time. And Texas production may be making a recovery; it's up 9%, including a 14% gain onshore. Total Gulf production is off 4% because of declines in the Louisiana data, particularly the offshore data from Transco (down 17%), Sonat (down 21%), Tetco (down 13%), Tennessee (down 24%) and Discovery (-13%).
