Craig and Thread, The following message is from the Semi-equips board and is in reference to my bringing up Coherent's Semiconductor group in the middle of a Cymer discussion. The author is someone I have grown to respect a great deal but his question is beyond my ability to answer. That is, I can not confirm that Lambda Physik is 'relegated to the scraps' of any specific market. techstocks.com Our whole question, it seems to me, is whether or not Coherent is/can be a force in the semi equipment market.
