Without permits this stock is going nowhere.If the permits are to be in-hand as is the rumor (Bill can't say anything until that time) then the two projects will move ahead.The workcrews are said to be contracted and ready to start.Next week should be interesting.I think this time its going to happen so I'm in for a few more shares today.Downside is looking to be less of a risk.
